Chapel Closes for Repairs
The Cadet Chapel closed it's doors for an extensive renovation. The chapel was completed in 1963. The original structure experienced some short cuts due to budget constraints which resulted in leaks. These leaks have damaged the interior of the chapel including the pews and organ. The entire chapel will be striped down so that rain gutters can be installed. At the completion of the project, the chapel will be like new! The furniture and organ will also be renovated. The chapel is one of Colorado's most visited landmarks. Cadets will be provided with alternative locations to worship during the renovation. Estimated date of completion 2028
